I just had an emergency need for new lights, and Jeff Dei and his colleagues went the extra mile, repeatedly, to save my grow. They took my need seriously and did everything in their power (and sometimes not formally within their power) to help me. I felt as though I was dealing with friends who would not let me down. (Who else calls you with an update after business hours?) Thank you, Kind, for the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, anywhere.

There is only one quality better than the KIND products , and that is the outstanding quality of the service and sales personnel. I live in Alaska and calling customer service for any product is usually a real pain with the time zone issues and automated menus etc. I cringe at the thought of most calls.

I was pleasantly surprised to have Jeff D actually answer the phone. Jeff was the most courteous and knowledgeable person I have worked with. He was extremely patient and spent the time to assist me in troubleshooting the probable issue I was experiencing. We exchanged several emails and phone calls, Jeff was very prompt responding via both methods. Jeff, you exceeded my expectations and made this process a great experience.

I eagerly await my 3rd L600, they are a great addition to my XL1000. I said it before and I will say it again, the only thing better than the quality of the KIND products are the people that make and support them.

Hi, I recently had an issue with one of my kind XL750 lights. Aside from the problem I just wanted to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Hannah and the service dept. Hannah was not only professional and polite she was on top of the issue the entire way staying in contact with me and insuring my light was fixed and back to me immediately. I own a Kind LED K5 XL 750. I moved recently and, despite the box being clearly labeled as fragile, the moving company apparently dropped my light from quite some height. It still works, which says a lot of good things about your product. However, it's severely dented all around the case...While I'm at it, this lamp is one of four Kind lamps that I own, and I've been very pleased with the results and their reliability. My compliments to you for making such a great product!

After doing much research on types, benefits and drawbacks on all sorts of grow light systems, I finally decided on the Kind XL750. Although at first the price point was higher than most and scared me off, but I have to admit, I'm now sold on their quality. The XL750 preformed flawlessly as advertised. As an added bonus, my electricity bill really didn't spike too much either. The XL750 was easy to mount, had clear instructions, included great features, has a large footprint that penetrates very well to the bottom leafs and amazing customer service. If you're teetering on the edge on which lighting system to go with, take my advice and go with a Kind; you won't be disapointed!

I just want to thank everyone for taking the time to help me with my Kind 750 grow light. I bought it on line and I thought for sure it had been damaged in the shipping process. First the remote did not work and my lighting options had been locked in and I had to do everything manually. I first talked to Jeff who actually help me set things up manually.Then he put in a request to have another remote shipped. At the time the remotes were on back order and due in in about 10 days. I called for a status and spoke to a young lady name Yasmeen. She was fantastic and explained the Jeff was a new dad and looked into my request. Shortly thereafter I received and email stating that my remote was on the way. I just got off the phone with Jeff who did a great job walking me through my remote and grow light. I can't thank you guys enough and will always seek out Kind for all my lighting needs. The light is amazing and your people even better. Thank you Jeff and congrats on your new family member.

True to specs. indeed! It's definitely worth the investment!! Climate control in my grow space is now a walk in the park. Growing my fourth cycle with the K5 750. Yields better than the 600w hps I had before.

Just wanted to say thank you guys! You rock! Ive been growing for 3 years. ive used hps and other led lights but nothing compared to KIND. The quality of product is leagues above everyone else. Then on top of that the customer service is better than any company I have EVER done business with. All in all I rate KIND lights a solid 10/10. K5 XL750!!!! I'm not kidding, I installed this in flower room at 7' 6" from floor over a plant 4 weeks into 8 week flower plant top at about 5' tall out of a five gallon bucket on a Tuesday evening by Saturday morning some branches had grown out from the very bottom that were nothing, They were 3 times the size they were on Tuesday. That's in 3 days and the branches were covered in nuggets! I Freaked out! I am done with HOT hid lights! I also have had a California light works 440 for the last 2 years and have been pleased with it (but not freaked out) I believe KIND is advancing their technology better than most other LED manufacturers. I am looking forward to being more KIND in the Future. Thanks guys for your dedication to the cause.

Just switched my grow over to LEDs and found Kind through research... Turns out they live up to their claims. I couldn't be happier with the results. I did have a small issue with one out of the 6 KS600 LEDs that I bought. It gave me the opportunity to experience a top notch Customer Service Department. I worked with Hannah, and she made the return, repair, and reship process completely painless. The turn around time was even faster than claimed in their warranty!!

I was growing with two 600 watt HPS fixtures in my basement since 2005. Due to being in the basement, heat was never an issue. But we moved and the new house is a one story ranch with no basement. I ditched one HPS light and still had heat issues. But being the hard head that I am...I just moved more fans into the room and tried to drive the excessive heat out. Then one day I went to the Fifth Season Gardening store in Raleigh, NC and began asking some serious questions about the LED fixture and am I glad I did. Eventually I decided to buy the Kind LED XL750. There were a couple of things about the Kind LED light that were really interesting.

First, the amount of heat given off by the Kind LED is not even comparable to the amount of heat put off by the HPS light. Easily a reduction in temperatures of 30 or more degrees.

Second, I immediately noticed a reduction in my electric bill. Not only does the light run less hot, but it costs less to cool the room.

Third, I noticed that I am watering less and using less nutrients, because my room temperature has been reduced dramatically.

Fourth, I noticed NO LOSS in yield. As a matter of fact, I saw an increase in yield that I give credit to my grow room being less hot.

Fifth, once I figured out how to program the light's internal timer...it is an easy, no need to tinker with, great light. Now, the only thing I can think that a person could say negatively is...the light fixture is expensive. And it is true it is not cheap. But based on the LED being good for 10 years, it means you are paying less than $130 for the light per year. And based on the 40% savings I am seeing on my electric bill, the light will pay for itself. Thanks again for the technical support and thanks for the swag!
